Returns & Refunds (Food & Ingestible Products)

Due to the nature of our products, all GB Gummies items are classified as food / ingestible goods. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help and will assess each case individually.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Food or ingestible products (including gummies)
• Opened or used items
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@gbgummies.com

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact support@gbgummies.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. If you wish to purchase a different product, a new order will need to be placed.

UK & EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the UK or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under consumer protection law.

Please note:
• This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, including food and dietary supplements.
• If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, you may contact support@gbgummies.com within 14 days of delivery to discuss eligibility.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
